"This is now the second time we have worked with Jack as our realtor. We found Jack the first time when we were looking to buy in Washington County, Maryland. He was an excellent buyer's agent! He was super patient with us as we zeroed in and refined … what we were looking for. Because we were moving from the city into the country, we had to choose between buying land and building, buying something fairly "move in ready" or buying something to renovate.Jack was very supportive as we looked at options in all three categories and he provided excellent advice the entire time. He was an advocate for us to find the best option at the best price and was quick to provide all the information needed to make an educated choice.Jack always showed up to appointments on time/early and had any possible information ready prior to the meetings. He gave us plenty of time to consider each property we viewed and shared the pros and cons he saw as a realtor. It was clear that he researched most of the properties before each meeting and wasn't "winging it"! He also gave us fantastic advice on what we could do prior to listing to make the house more appealing to buyers, including cleaning, painting/repairs, decluttering and staging. Through the selling process, Jack weighed out each pro and con, giving us detailed explanations of the strengths and weaknesses of each option for listing, pricing, etc. He made recommendations based on his experience and he was totally right. He made the right call and we were very pleased with the outcome. Jack's marketing strategy for our house was spot-on: he had professional pictures taken, did a video, coming soon listing, hosted an open house...all the things. He was deft in handling our listing in a way that made our home very appealing in what could be considered a somewhat unpredictable market. Jack also handled the contract and closing period very well. Always on the ball with the various addendums, inspections, appraisals, etc. He navigated them all professionally and with great patience.We are moving out of state, a few hours away, but if we had the option, I am positive we would have used Jack again as our buyer's agent. In fact, we will surely miss seeing Jack from time to time...he's a lot of fun! We would highly recommend Jack for all of your real estate needs.
